These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Control Beacon and its associated apps (“the Service”), operated by OmniStreak S.R.O. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Control Beacon is a multi-app SaaS platform providing AI-powered tools for digital teams, including Visual Check (design comparison), Screen Lane (screen capture), and additional tools as they are released. The Service includes web applications, desktop applications, and associated APIs.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
The Service offers a 30-day free trial with no payment required. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly per seat.
All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax collection, invoicing, and payment compliance. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
Because we offer a generous 30-day free trial with no payment required, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription payments. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days at milos@omnistreak.com.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OmniStreak S.R.O. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership of content you create or upload.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniStreak S.R.O. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bratislava, Slovakia.
Control Beacon, OmniStreak S.R.O., and their products are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Figma, Anthropic, Google, Dropbox, or any other third party mentioned in the Service or its documentation.
