2. Information We Collect

Account data. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and organization name via Auth0 (our identity provider).

Usage data. We automatically collect device information including browser type, IP address, time zone, and interaction patterns.

Payment data. Payment information (card details, billing address) is collected and processed exclusively by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We do not store or have access to your payment card data.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Authenticate your identity and manage your account
  • Process transactions (via Paddle)
  • Send transactional emails (invitations, billing notifications)
  • Respond to support requests
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

  • Paddle — payment processing (Merchant of Record, handles tax/compliance)
  • Neon — database hosting (EU region)
  • Vercel — application hosting
  • Fly.io — API and engine hosting
  • Resend — transactional emails

5. Cookies

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Log data (IP addresses, request timestamps) is retained for up to 30 days. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are an EU/EEA resident, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data, as well as object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at milos@omnistreak.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. International Transfers

OmniStreak S.R.O. is based in the EU. Some third-party service providers may process data outside the EU. Where this occurs, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards as required by GDPR.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
